On display in Lymington Library
The 550 mile drive down from the Isle of Mull was uneventful, other than seeing diesel for sale at over £1.53 per litre! Back in the office, having waded through the usual post, it has been a long stint printing images, packing and posting them off.

It is always hassle printing your own images: maintenance of the printer; making sure you have stocks of paper and ink; keeing your guillotine sharp etc. but the control and flexibility it provides are second to none. No problems with iffy colour casts or having the correct density, everything is set up as it should be, making the task easier in the long run, but I am sure, no cheaper than commercial printers in the long run.

Preparations this week include finalising the itinerary for the Tuscany Workshop at the beginning of May. Five full days of photography in the beautiful Val d'Orcia. I can't wait.

On Wednesday I am a guest at Lymington Library for their celebration bash, where they have one of my sailing images on permanent display, printed 6 foot wide on thier counter wall.
